Monocultivar Peranzana

The Peranzana olive produces a high-quality extra virgin oil as it offers all the nuances that distinguish a prized oil.
This oil presents very low levels of acidity, a very intense bouquet and a rich flavour that stimulates and heightens the perception of the taste of the dishes it is used on.

Medium-fruity with hints of grass redolent of artichoke and green tomato, it has a balanced and delicate flavour, a light bitterness with a pleasant almond aroma.

Suitable for use raw to flavour soups with pulses, bruschettas and salads, but is also commonly used in pan-fried, baked or roasted dishes.
